We also use noise monitoring, guest screening tools, and security measures to ensure responsible guest behavior.

2. What kind of guests will be staying in my property?
All guests are pre-screened before booking. I primarily host professionals, business travelers, families, and vacationers. I have strict house rules and monitor compliance through smart technology and communication.

3. Do I need to furnish the property?
Not necessarily. We can fully furnish and design the space ourselves to meet the expectations of short-term renters. If your unit is already furnished, we can discuss how to incorporate existing pieces.

4. Will this violate my lease or HOA rules?
We carefully review lease terms and HOA regulations before proceeding. If necessary, we’ll work with you to ensure full compliance, or we can opt out of properties where short-term rentals aren’t allowed.

6. How long is your lease commitment?
Typically, we sign leases for 12–24 months, depending on the property and your preferences. However, we're open to longer-term agreements if they work well for both parties.

7. What happens if guests cause damages or issues?
We carry short-term rental insurance, and Airbnb also provides a host damage protection program. On top of that, we take preventative steps with guest screening and security measures. If anything does occur, it will be handle it quickly and cover the costs.
